Terms of Warranty on machines and batteries:
- Würth range of Mcube and Master machines are covered by 3-year warranty period.
- Würth range of batteries and chargers are covered by 3-year warranty period.
- Würth range of direct fixing tools are covered by 3-year warranty period.
- Chargers & Booster packs are covered by 1-year warranty period.
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing and material faults.
The date on the original invoice and/or the serial number are decisive. In the case of manufacturing and material faults, we offer a free repair or, if repair is no longer possible, a free product replacement is provided.
Terms of Warranty on hand tools:
- All Zebra Hand tools are covered under Zebra satisfactory promise. Under this, if you're not satisfied with a ZEBRA product, Würth will exchange it or issue a credit. Original proof of purchase is mandatory, Terms and conditions applied.
- All other hand tools are covered by a 3-year warranty period.
Terms of Warranty General:
- Modyf workwear is covered under a 6-month warranty period.
- For all purchases with a different brand, the supplier’s terms of warranty apply.
